Presentation of cassava pulp double screw preeser

Nanumba south gender desk development officer standing close infront of double screw cassava pulp presser in Kadjeso. The presser was donated by a German volunteer who partnered WUZDA in the attempt to assist the Kadjeso women gari processors with equipments to increase productivity in order to enhance their incomes, as a poverty reduction tool to support their efforts in livelihood support initiatives in the community.

(See picture below) Close to the cassava pulp double screw presser with its manual is the district coordinator (Ibrahim Abdul-Ganiyu), On looking is the volunteer (Ricarda Grauel) and Programme Manager (Abdul-Karim Ziblim) immediately before the presentation ceremony in Kadjeso. Also present is the district MoFA deputy director, the Wulensi constituency NPP chairman and some staff of the district assembly, community development including the social welfare.

 Some outputs achieved as a result of enhanced communities skill to drive their own development agenda through mutual accountabity and transperancy processes in Tamale metropolitan, Nanumba north and Nanumba south districts in the northern region of Ghana.
